Mysterious Bag O Bolts - Easter Egg?
Was bored today and had my head in the engine bay just looking around for visual stimulus. When something caught my eye! Grabbed my flash light and found this sitting on top of the lower engine transmission mounting plate. Fished it out and what do you know! Anyone know what this is about?
22 2LT Z51 with 2500 miles on it. This bag managed to ride around for that distance and not melt.

Extra parts for the Zora
Well looks like your car is prepping for the Zora model? This is too funny and never seen anything like that. Mary Barra would hate all those wasted parts…

Damn I’m jealous. I didn’t get anything like that.

Strange... I had a bag of those bolts in my 2021 Coupe when I picked it up. They were in the frunk. Never could figure out what they went to.

I recently saw this thread: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-question.html
Perhaps it’s hardware for a HTC, but was mistakenly left in your coupe

Have you looked at the VIS report on the car before buying?

That is pretty wild - hopefully those are just extra bolts and not ones that should have been installed on the car. That would have been a lot of missing bolts.

Thats an advantage to having an HTC you'd never have seen that!
Also like Ikea theres always a bunch of screws and bolts left over when you've finished assembling the furniture

Here is a pic of the ones left in my 2021 Coupe Frunk. Not as many as you have, but certainly the same, and even in the same bag with a green X on it!!!!
