Is Ciocca Having Issues ? MacMulkin Has Delivered About 40% more C8s To Customers For 2023 Than Ciocca .
Last count , it was MacMulkin in the lead by about 100 C8s. Now the gap has expanded quite a bit:
1) MacMulkin Chevrolet - 612
2) Ciocca Corvette - 437

Does GM base allocation amounts on Customer Dealership Satisfaction scores. Obviously the main metric GM uses is prior sales of C8s by the dealership.
Just trying to figure out why MM is getting so many more C8s now

Perhaps some customers switched to MacMulkin when Ciocca bought Kerbeck.

I purchased from Kerbecs in the past and had exceptional service thru out the purchase. I purchased my C8 from Ciocca and will never buy from them again. its disappointing to see such a great company fall apart before our eyes

The "gap" may have increased, but has the percentage? What were the numbers when the gap was 100?

Earlier in the model release people just wanted cars and were willing to put up with pain points. As demand has caught up, it could be that some dealers are doing better because of the perceived better buying experience. That's my two cent theory.

I bought a C6 from Kerbeck, and they were great! When I bought my C8, spent a month emailing and calling to Ciocca, I tried the same salesman that I had used before, although he is now in a different position (elevated). I did not receive a single reply via e-mail or to the two voicemails I left. E-mailed MacMulkin, and deposit was in in 2 days. Just did not seem that Cioccia wanted to sell a car.
