Default Go Pro for rear view blind spot.

Has anyone tried using a GoPro to help with rear view blind spot? Seems like an inexpensive and easy solution and was wondering whether anyone here has tried it with their 1LT's?

aside from the fact it would be gaughty and hard to hide theres a few inherent go pro specific problems youd have to overcome. Go Pro wont flip the picture to give you the same effect as a mirror, you'd also need a way to run constant power to it as their battery life (especially running wifi isn't the greatest. You'd be better off finding a dash cam with a live view or something of that nature with a smaller profile.

I installed a Thinkware Q1000 for both front and rear for coverage beyond what is provided by the PDR (ie. parked and rear). If you want pics, PM me.
