Let's talk best looking wheels for base CMG C8
Mine is coming soon and it has the stock silver wheels (did not want to go with Black/redline which do look good on the car as they were on constraint. Going with silver allowed me to get an order in even though I was at 650+ position).
To my eyes, the silver wheels are just too light for CMG car. Needs some contrast. CMG owners, what do you think?

I’m probably one of the few (at least on Corvette Forum) that has no problem with the stock wheels. I like low-key and basic wheels. That’s not a knock on those who prefer something snazzier. There are some awesome wheel choices in this thread and on the forum.

I think the silver would look good on the car, but it's not my car. What look do you like - black, machined faced with gray, chrome? Or something custom from one of the vendors.

I agree that the CMG needs a little more pop than silver wheels. These are Finspeed F50 wheels. I orginally had them hand brushed with a tinted clear and they did not pop. Finspeed machine faced them and they look much better. This picture was not taken in very good light so the machine faces do not show up as well as they do in good sunlight.

Like the chrome/bright polish guys. Well done. I thought a lot about doing the chrome exchange on my own, but finally decided I did want the Carbon Flash stripes, so I went with the Carbon Flash wheels too.

My runaway 1st choice is the Forgeline F01s for a classic look without too much bling.
