Keep in mind, the $74k is a base aLT coupe with NO options at all. These clowns will never sell these cars for these prices, as there are others that come up for much less, in the $110-120K mark.
With all that said, yes, the asking prices are ridiculous.....
Bought my 2023 2LT Z51 HTC for MSRP 2 weeks ago - fellow who ordered it, backed out when it got delivered. Salesperson called me and said to get to the dealership "right now!".

Lets not compare a bare bones 1LT no options to a 3LT. Add 22K for 3LT .Then add $14k for Z51/mag ride ,$3k for front Lift and $2k for delivery plus the original owner paid 15% tax = $126K . We also don't know what other options are on the cars. As these are all now "used cars" .they don't get a 20 % surcharge for luxury tax some thing a new 2023 buyer has to figure in to their total. On the car above that's another $ 3K. I imagine that the original buyers want all their money out of the C8 as I would so the dealers would have to pay a far price to have them in their showroom. Also notice that these are not GM dealers Dealers also lease these cars and or finance and that where the money is..
We all know that the prices are falling and more more Stingrays will come on the market as C8 owners move up to Z06s and E rays leaving their cars for resale as I will for an E ray next year.... Canadian AUTO TRADER and CL locally are full of C8s and they aren't selling and 2020 s are coming off full warranty and they will all hit the market soon and the price for them will plummet. .
