67 and my first Corvette was a C7 my wife bought for me as a retirement gift. My C8 is my second Corvette.

I am in that little "mid-life crisis" hump in the middle. People joke about that when they see my C8 and suggest it was purchased due to a mid-life crisis.
My response is always the same, "If you are middle aged, approaching retirement, and you can't afford a Corvette, then something is wrong."

57, The C8 will be my 1st Vette as it is the 1st one that has tickled my fancy. Been a BMW //M guy for the last 20 years but they've gotten too ugly and bloated these days.
