Changed the emblems on my 2023
I know it's not a 70th anniversary car but it is 70 years for the corvette. I changed out the front hood emblem and most importantly I got rid of that ugly stingray on the back deck and replaced it with a 70th emblem as well. I like it alot better with this look. Now just have polish it to get some of the minor scuffs off from using fishing line to get the emblems off then ceramic coat the car.

Changing the nose emblem to the "70th" is a very appropriate and discreet mod. I think GM should have made it the standard for ALL the 2023's !
The rear "fish" doesn't appeal to me either...I'd prefer removing it and leave the rear panel undisturbed and beautifully simple.

Besides, from a financial perspective, the more 70th ID GM included on the std C8, the less chance purchasers would opt for the high-profit 70th Anniversary models.

How did you figure out the exact placement of the rear logo? I can't seem to find any info on exact location (vis-a-vis 2023 Z06).

2020 C6 of the Year Winner - Modified
Looks good. Just wish GM would've come up with a better emblem for the C8. It's up there with the C4 for worst emblem.

My 78 base has 25th anniversary emblems on the front and rear gas tank lid. I believe that was standard issue.
Fwiw I am 70! But by the time my car hits production, August, it will most likely be a 2024 and I'll be 71. Old screw am I.

Do you know if the 70th anniversary emblem is available in Chrome?
