I got that 2 days ago. It gives you an idea what world they are living in, I do remember 1969.

You know what? In my opinion they are pretty much worthless anyway. They are always the last to know and really, they don't have a clue. Your dealer has the information long before they do. Then there is Shane at the museum...

My dealer has been radio silent for a few days and the Corvette Concierge Chat informed me (when I checked) the day after mine was supposed to be produced that it was indeed built. Other than that, it doesn't tell you much.

They’ve been good giving me the current status code, that’s it. From a convenience perspective it worked until this message started coming up.

Try emailing them. I did yesterday and got a response today, Found out my car was at 4000.

they were never helpful for me. it was a great service for smaller dealership buyers though.
