Default Adding the Stealth interior

The Corvette Forum family can provide solutions and suggestions to many problems. Presently My 70th Anniversary C8 is at the 3000 level. Can you add this option after you receive your C8. I do thank everyones input on this question.

I do not know the specific pricing of the individual pieces for the stealth option, but the separate pieces typically cost far more than the package and some of the pieces may not even be available. As an example the $1500 carbon fiber FA5 option pieces cost over $3000 when purchased separately.

Being new components, may not be available currently outside new C8 builds considering issues GM is having getting parts. Does the 70th Anniversary come with the stealth package by any chance?
The stealth package does look GOOD. Surprised GM has not made it standard on all C8s. I've added photos in case anyone does know what the stealth package is.

I ordered both the stealth interior and the black exhaust tips. Can’t wait to see it in person as I haven’t seen either option in the flesh.

You'd be better off with some aftermarket solutions. Trying to replace all the parts with GM stealth parts would require dissembling both doors, the center console, and a decent amount of the dash.

Nice Interior Kevin! I have the same on order with two tone GT2 seats. Was going to do carbon fiber but the stealth is a little cheaper and covers more pieces.

I am not surprised at all, since making it an option allows customers to pay more for it. That is standard operating procedure in the automobile industry.

Just what is the stealth interior? Doesn't stealth sort of mean it's hidden so it's a hidden interior?

Dark speaker covers and the top cover of the waterfall between the seats.

The stealth option also replaces the bright silver aluminum trim pieces on door handles and front dash in 3 places....

Correct! Those 3 aluminum pieces are brutal when the sun is behind you.

Most of the silver aluminum is replaced with black aluminum. The exception is the drive selector and the steering wheel.

I would add.....not everyone is getting stealth on the waterfall between the seats. Some cars with stealth option are still getting the silver waterfall cover. Speculation I've seen is that it may be a 2LT vs 3LT issue, but nothing definitive on why some have the stealth waterfall and some do not. I have a 3LT, and mine has the stealth waterfall, but it is more of a gray color than the rest of the stealth package. Looks OK given where it is, but do wish the stealth theme was consistent, and also that it included at least the transmission shift controller. No excuse for the controller not being in the stealth or the CF option.

Just like my Arctic White exterior. I just touched the paint and it is not frozen. What gives?
