After having my car for 9 days the dealer tightened one screw and told me the rattling/creaking I was hearing was all fixed . Well.. it’s not , it’s worse than ever . I actually caught it on tape tonight , but when I try and post a video it says that the file is too big .. any way around this ?

The dealer personnel come through again, and at lightning speed... NOT. As I've said before; get someone with good ears to ride with you and help locate the noise and go from there yourself... assuming it's not the snap as noted. But, I'd have thought you'd have found that. Good luck!

Get this guy and sue GM for your inconvenience. Should be worth millions.

Download a tool called HANDBRAKE. (yeah, kinda funny in this context).
You can select a more compressed web format. Highly compress the video, but select a high quality audio format.
Rename the extension as .MOV, since this stupid forum doesn't like files called MP4 or M4V, etc. The client browser, etc will sort it out.

The only time any car of mine has spent an extended period of time at the dealership is when the car was not drivable or there was a safety issue.

Why did your dealer have a drivable C8 at his dealership for 9 days because of a rattle? Since he had no idea what is causing the rattle he probably wasn’t waiting for parts. Maybe he didn’t want you to drive it because you may do further damage e and the rattle will become even worse. Maybe he was worried that if you kept driving it and hearing the rattle you might end up forever insane with no chance of ever recovering.
