Now that is funny. Accelerate Yellow Metallic most certainly does not look “dull and washed out” in person. It looks better in person than it does in photos. Photos don’t show the color off well…especially under artificial lighting. You may not like the color but let’s not misrepresent what it is. It is not a pastel color and it pops.



These Corvettes are Accelerate Yellow, Racing Yellow, and Velocity Yellow. Velocity Yellow looks like a school bus compared to Accelerate Yellow…

Accelerate Yellow draws a lot of attention at car events. I hear compliments about the color of my car far more often than I get compliments about it being a C8.
