we will see what happens.. waiting for a call from the dealer…or an update on the ON-STAR location…

I can keep hoping….

PS What a frustrating experience when spending this much mony on a car…

let’s hope as my car is on same truck. As of 6 pm. No car delivery.

If someone is near DRUMS..maybe they could verify that the truck is gone….

I didn’t get a call from the dealer….ON-STAR. Shows the car is still in DRUMS…

My Jack Cooper truck was in Arizona for about a week. Was told the truck air conditioner broke, and the driver didn't want to continue without A/C. That was in May.

what number did you call for Gm? Maybe if I call as well and inquire why the truck hasn’t moved in 2 weeks now, we can get some answers

Update from the dealer today. They confirmed the truck is waiting for parts to get it fixed. In the meantime, they are working on escalating the issue to get a new truck. But, it has now been sitting there for 11 days.

My car was shipped in Jan of this year and made it to Montana and sat there for 12 days in the same spot (we live in Oregon). I could not get any answers as to why it was sitting in the same spot so long. I finally got an email address for the BGA depot manager for Jack Cooper and he just responded that the truck was just leaving Montana and would be delivered the next day. Never heard why it sat in one spot for so long. Was just glad to get it finally. Figured it was a breakdown.

UPDATE

Day 13. As far as I know the car is still sitting in Drums PA on a broken down truck….

GM administrative offices were no help…they really didn’t seem to care on this issue …bottom line they told me to contact the dealer…

As of yesterday dealer had no idea when the truck would arrive…..I guess they have 5 cars on the truck..

I cannot believe this NIGHTMARE…..my car was made 22 days ago…..and Jack Cooper gets $1295 to ship the car……YEAH. RIGHT

OH WELL….JUST WAIT SOME MORE….

all 5 of us with cars on this truck should all formally complain about the 1295 destination charge and get it waived or reduced.

My sales has confirmed yesterday that there are indeed 5 cars on this truck. The GM is trying to escalate the issue to get this resolved.

My car was made 5/31 and on truck 6/2. It is kind of ridiculous we are waiting.

If it was cranked, they likely transfered the cars to a new carrier. Glad they're moving!

Well folks….looks like the truck stopped in New York to drop off some cars….

now it’s overnight at the quality inn in Danbury Connecticut….

if anyone lives near Danbury…stop by and take some pictures of what’s left on the truck..

I pray that he is heading to East Providence tomorrow..

we can only hope…

what a frustrating experience…

and to the people who said that on-star is reset after 48 hours…..I Don;t think so…
