Many don’t wave, signal whatever you want to call it. I wouldn’t lose any sleep over it. With the majority tinted you won’t see the signal anyway.

It’s not your fault though. Predictable reaction from a generation that never got their feelings hurt growing up because there were no “winners & losers” and everyone got trophies just for showing up and trying REAL hard.

You sound like a really angry person, and this forum just seems to be aggravating that. You might be happier somewhere else.
If someone waves to me, I wave back. Doesn't matter whether I'm walking, biking, driving or boating. Just yesterday a fellow boater waved to me. I waved back. He kept waving though. Turns out I had snagged a lobster buoy and was starting to drag the trap. I wondered why the steering got so stiff all of the sudden...🚤
Not real sure why there is such hostility for old timers that have a tradition they are still using. I've Benn 'waving' since the mid sixties, and frankly don't care if I get a return wave.

While you’re in one, always wave at a fellow Corvette owner, regardless of generation or if they wave back. Sometimes I don’t see the other waving until after we pass (because hey, traffic) but it’s a d-bag move not to because “it’s just a car.”
My teenage kids still enjoy helping me spotting and waving at other Corvettes. Still puts a smile on our face.
@astepup I am confident you meant to "save the wave", and all that, but STRICTLY speaking for myself, I don't think I'd appreciate being waved at during a traffic stop - even if by a Corvette driver.
