Default No More Unsightly Sunvisor Warning Labels!

Installed my sunvisor warning labels with the sunvisor knit covers from the West Coast Corvette Store. These covers are made out of the same material as the visors so they match perfectly. No longer are those unsightly warning labels in my line of sight especially that totally annoying red circle!

Some may say they are too spendy but to no longer see warning labels is worth every penny 👍👍

Pretty cool. But that last pic, it would bother the crap out of me.

Thanks. They will be here friday. I can deal with the weave being off, I won't notice it as much as the stickers. Those stickers drive me nuts!

The last pick is so close up and overexposed because of the flash being used. In person, I'm sure you can barely tell there is something there other than the normal material. I had this type of thing for my C6 and it was a huge improvement. Then I ordered what I thought was the same thing for my C7, and I was sent basically big black paper stickers. I don't see how anyone would possibly use that garbage. Did some searching and found the right product again. Will have the C8 soon and will probably go this route.

@bobbykart Can you clarify what you mean? Are you saying you can remove the airbag labels and there is normal looking headliner material underneath? Have you done this on a C8? If so, have any pictures? I thought these labels we mostly permanent without a full reupholster.

It’s the way the sticker doesn’t cover the whole area for me.

If they bother you then covering them is a good solution, since every car has then they do not bother me at all.

I used those on my C7 convertible, but I suspect they don't have a match for the 3LT Alcantara in Natural Dipped. On a convertible, they do look ugly with the top down.

Need to do some searching later when I get some time, but if folks have successfully removed those labels with a heat gun, I'm going to go that route when I get my C8. I am annoyed by those labels.

Removing with a head gun will leave a residue ghost film on the surface and look far worse than the overlays!

It would have been better if they had cut the product to fit the contours of the mirror cover rather than the sticker.

Exactly, pic was overexposed you can’t see a difference in natural light.

Exactly what I was wondering. If that's what people are experiencing, then I'll go with the overlay again.

I don't understand why you guys cover these things up...just take the stupid stickers off. Two thickness of a paper towel wet with
TECHNICAL GRADE 99.9% ultra pure isopropyl alcohol ( from an electronics supply store ). Get the towel wet and place it directly ( FLAT )
on the sticker for about twenty minutes Guess what...the sticker will peel right off. you must use TECHNICAL GRADE....nothing else
will work. Get the towel wet, not soaking wet. Good bye stickers. Mine came out clean as a whistle.

I DON’T UNDERSTAND why you have a problem with owners deciding what’s best for them? I personally decided the labels had to go and going down the route of using a heat gun or hair dryer then dealing with the sticky remains was not worth it. This is the simplest easy solution.
