Default Will the coupe fit hockey gear?

Clearly not the best vehicle for a hockey bag and sticks, but I used to carry both in my C5 without a problem... when there wasn't an engine there. Has anyone tried?

Gear (pads, uniform, skates) - probably.
Hockey stick - highly doubtful (unless it is a short junior stick).

I can see if I can get a hockey stick to fit tomorrow if you want me to. As long as you don't have a passenger, then you could put the bag on the seat.

Strap it all on the roof like locals (where I live) do with their fishing poles. Problem solved.

That would be great. I figured I could fit the gear in various places, likely the front seat. The stick is what concerns me.

Still waiting for my HTC, but the hockey sticks will fit easily in my C7 convertible from the passenger footwell to the waterfall. should be the same for the C8 HTC. If the trunk of the C8 can hold 2 sets of golf clubs it will be good enough for your hockey bag, unless you happen to be a goalie.

Default Tried my stick and…

…not even close to fitting. Trunk width about 10” too short.

FYI, stick is a Christian Team USA model.

Cheers!

I do it in my coupe twice a week. Get a stick bag to protect the interior. Feed the grip end first from the passenger side then the blade end down to the passenger floor. Obviously this assumes your are driving alone. Here is the catch, its' tight in the trunk so helmet, breezers and shoulder pads in the frunk, the rest in the back.

I bit of a pain but since I work from home, any excuse to drive. Be sure to park as far away as you can. Mini-mites with hockey bags did a number on the sides of my G35 over the years.

Plenty of room. Could crack the rear window a bit if you're tall and have it stick out (I'm 5'10" so no need).

It's a HTC. Just lower the top and let the hockey stick "stick" out the top. lol

[changed title from HTC to coupe]

I wound up ordering a coupe, not the HTC, so let's try again!

Has anyone fit gear in a coupe? I'm 6'3" so my sticks are longer than most. I was thinking a smaller bag for skates and maybe helmet and splitting the gear up between the front/rear and just throwing the smaller bag inside the larger bag at the rink. I'm still thinking the sticks will/might work (optimistic) in the cabin like @Hockeyfun1 .

I do it all the time. Two sicks in a stck bag to protect the the passenger seat. Helmet, breezers and shoulder pads in the Frunk. The rest in a hockey bag in the back.

I have a HTC..
Used my C7 Z06 for hockey all the time..
Haven't tried yet with the C8, but a bag on front seat may work...
Mine has a hard bottom and wheels..
Garage test fit when I get my car back from rock/PPF repair...!

Where did you attempt to stuff the gear? Was it all in one bag?
