Not me. I have GT2 seats, but I don't have the dots.

I don't know, however they should not be there. Take it back to your dealer and they will fix if your C8 is still under the 36,000 BTB warranty. Looks as though something may be broken loose and pushing up against your seat cover.

GT2 seats here too. No dots.
Did the side bolsters get pushed down really hard? Also kinda looks like the cushioning could have become compressed and squished down to or slipped past the underlieing supports.
Did these appear suddenly or over time?

What they "are" is cause to take the car to your dealer to get the seat cover, or seat, replaced.

As long as you have brought it in, you'll get credit for the warranty claim, but supply chain issues.... definitely a problem... but could take some time for the parts to come in... be patient, it'll get fixed.

The dealership said they have elevated the issue to the corvette plant and they were surprised it made it through QC. I'm pushing for a seat replacement. I noticed the seat at my corvette musem delivery but it was pretty hectic as my wife had a family emergency.and we had to leave as soon as possible.

Like your handle....a Volunteer myself....class of 1984....I also have GT2 sets and that looks nasty....I would absolutely, 100% demand a new seat....you have virtually no miles on this car, and this is the passenger seat, no? I would think it is rarely used compared to the driver's....I assume it is ok?

I have GT2 seats and on my passenger side the leather on the bottom portion of the seat was loose and the dealer ordered a new seat bottom cover. It came in 5 days and was replaced. I don't know why your seat it taking GM so long to either replace the seat bottom cover/foam or seat. My dealer did take photos of my loose leather to send to GM.

There's a procedure in the owners manual for escalating problems to the regional GM rep. Maybe worth trying that.
