I do agree, Formula 1 are the best drivers in the world though!
You have to be, to have tolerated 7 dominant car Championships, I was so happy he "lost" this year. You come on here and insult our thing, no class!!!!!!

This Daytona 24 has been a weird race. 12 pit stops to Corvettes 7, and Ferrari is leading. That is a fast Ferrari. Porsche is hovering, and Lexus sedans have no right to be leading the proven makes, talk about a ringer!

PS, when Peacock on my free trial indicated my valid email was an invalid email, I said screw them too! Once they have an electronic way to take your money from your account, all of these scams are near impossible to cancel, unless you close your bank/credit account. I will live with live timing and scoring and radio announcement, till TV coverage resumes 4 minutes from now at 7pm.

Ya, Corvette #4 in the garage, they have dropped too many laps to have a chance in hell. #3 hovering in striking distance, of it has anything more.

Been watching, following F1 since 1960s! These modern guys sit in a telemetry transmitting cockpit, with unreal sticky tires, and point and aim. Their crew tells them what steering wheel dial, chassis tuning, fuel map, etc to dynamically set. Not the same as a pilot capable of his own car setup, or race plan. Glorified video game Pilots, in good shape, with fast reflexes. I dont call them drivers anymore!

I’m at the race freezing my f-ing butt off. Drove the C8 down from NH and right now not happy with the current state of the race. So maybe you can tell me what happened to the #4? Others may be interested too.

Thanks for the info and excuse my foolish error at asking about #8 when I meant #4. My fingers are kinda numb along with my brain for not proof reading.
Good luck to Ferdinand though. At least he and the Oreca are still in the race.

No worries. Looked like #4 oil leak and #3 had unknown issues, but it looks like they are back on track. Good experience for them in the new class, BOP has really slowed down the C8 R

here’s a link on live scoring, filter by class 👍🏻😎

https://www.imsa.com/scoring/

I found this article and they had the info.

enjoy the sounds and smell of the race😎

you’ve got another 12 hours or so enjoy it

No mention of the #4 being rear ended - it caused a lot of damage and resulted in a lot of time behind the wall.
