Yep, looks like the OP has abandoned the Thread he started. Removed all words. May have found out it was his dog that peed in the garage! Explains the Yellow color!
Embarrassed to tell us he paid to have his car flat bedded to the dealer only to find it was his dog!
Dogs Love Peeing On Tires! Big Dog Bad Aim got mostly to the back side!

This is also the answer to the question:
"How slow is the 405FWY ?"

I wish he had left the photos up. I kind of liked it, with half-gallon or more of yellow stuff on the floor, under the car, and a caption that said "has anybody else had this problem?". Like, yeah, looks like you blew a seal.

It doesn't surprise me one bit that OP took the pictures down and deleted the text. It surprises me even less that no account of resolution was posted to avoid being called "stupid" again. While some folks were polite on this tread, others weren't.

We all did some goofy when younger and first learning about our cars. Goes with paying your dues, and learning the ropes. Many of us were lucky enough to learn from some old bolt crunchers that had years of experience, and some had to learn on there own. No right no wrong, just part of the learning curve.

That happens on any board sadly. There were several other extremly informative threads locked yesterday because of abuse. The one by John58 being one of them. He being simply the messenger, the responses by some were uncalled for. It would be nice if the op would return and inform us as you said of the outcome. It could save someone else a lot of grief and aggravation.

I had similar experience. I did some work on a transaxle and was refilling it with oil. I got about half gallon or more in when my friend holler'd Whoa. I left a seal out of the axle shaft. and all of the oil ended up on the floor. Not the first time. I've dumped just about every liquid that goes in a motor vehicle on the floor due to my status as amateur mechanic.

On our two mile+ walk around the Lake we live on he has enough to mark many of the mail box posts! Kidneys only have a few drops left for the last few as we're almost back home.

Maybe they cracked the banjo nut. That is a lot of fluid though, looks like too much for brake fluid but the color matches perfectly the DOT4 fluid that came out when I lowered using paragon collars.
Btw, the brake lines were SUPER TIGHT when the vehicle was up on the lift, I think they could use about 1 to 2cm more length in the line.

I believe you nailed it @dohabandit. Sad the op decided to cover his tracks.

One correction, the line that was super tight when lowering my car wasn't the brake line, it was the front end lift line. That hose is just too damned short.
It took me forever to get that banjo fitting to properly line up with the threads in the strut. Maybe because I was really paranoid about cross threading the banjo nut, but the hose is stiff and just a bit too short I think.
