1. No one "needs" a Corvette.
2. If you didn't get on a reservation list for a 2022 6 months ago you're not getting a car delivered at MSRP by November.
3. To get a 2022 by November, you'll have to wait until dealers start getting deliveries, then find a dealer who has one on the floor, and be prepared to pay $20K to $30K over sticker.
Or, as others suggested, start making phone calls and hope you
4. Find a small dealer with an allocation and no reservations, and
5. Hope he's willing to sell it to you at MSRP.
You're really not paying attention.

Maybe he landed a 10 by swearing he owns a C8 that's just "in the shop", convincing her he is a baller, a shot caller even. One of those guys that rides on 20 inch blades on the Impala. We all know flipping C8s is the flyest way to make money.
Nov 1st may be the SOGOTP day when his mythical C8 is supposed to be back from the shop because they're "waiting on a replacement tremec" from GM.
No C8 materializes on the 1st and he loses said "10" as she moves on to the next guy.
