Am I the only one who likes the OEM exhaust?

With the sharp angles the sq. tips fit and I like the exhaust on the outside. Being in the center reminds me of the old beemers and I hated those centered exhaust. My OEM's are fine especially when jumping on the throttle.

I have had 4 Corvette and I am really happy with the looks and sound of the factory performance exhaust system. Quiet for touring and big and throaty in Z mode.

I love the OEM NPP exhaust as well. No drone and sound is amazing at start up. The only thing I’d like to add is a set of Soul Performance Cats ($3k!) as it would enhance the sound and power even further.

They finally fixed a design problem on the C7 (which had round exhaust when everything else on the rear was angular). The C8 exhaust fits the back end much better than the round spy shots of the Z06. This is a move in the wrong direction - but there are lots of folks that want the round tips (and round tail lights).
Couldn't agree more. Some people love pounding the Round peg in this Square opening in this case.
I like my C8 being a C8... I don't need it to be a C7 or C5... I appreciate each generation for what they are including the C4.

Looking good just the way they are. Separate the C8 from previous generations.

The shape is befitting the car design. Yep, I like mine polished.

Had my car for over a year and the exhaust is way to docile IMO
This is my first vette
Vivid racing doing some after market testing on my car. Sound and tips are awesome. Should be in production 5-6 months.

I love the square tips! I hated my C5’s center mounted exhaust. Cars with square edges are supposed to have square exhaust and taillights.
Round tips look cheap and generic like an unfinished pipe.
I agree it was a big letdown seeing the Z06 spy shots with the center exhaust. Here we go bringing that fad back.

Could you imagine square tips with a center exit?
My vote is round tips. Just seems natural.

Actually there are relatively few aftermarket exhaust systems for the C8 after 2 years compared to previous generations. Round tips are much easier to manufacture as the SS tubing is already round. Previous responses to this thread indicate that not everyone shares your opinion of square tips.

The square tips fit the rear styling much better than round ones would. I also like the tips on each side. The center exhausts tips were just getting a bit tired looking. Sound is great when you get on it, and quiet at cruise, which is perfect.

Square tips fit the C8. Had there been an option for "black tips" I would have selected them.
Benz AMG does square tips too...

Has anyone tried aftermarket CATs with the NPP exhaust yet? Not sure if modding the OEM NPP exhaust is doable or worth it may as well get aftermarket if taking it that far. I'm still up in the air about ordering mine with the NPP or not.
