I would like to see some nice full side skirts. The performance area is already taken care of IMO. Also like to see more options for coilovers and sway bars.
Oh but wait you are forgetting the performance hood sealer from the C5 days....that was an amazing mod.

It takes time for the Aftermarket to get their hands on a car to develop a HP package for it. Primary source for a C8 now is a customer willing to let their C8, be turned over to them for an extended time to develop a HP/TQ package.
If your truly interested in subject, why don't you contact some of the Shops/Companies that have developed natural HP/TQ packages in the past, and lend them your C8 to do it with. Most of the current performance parts have been developed using a customers car.

How much are you will to spend for a 600 Horsepower Naturally Asperated Engine Pkg. on a Mustang Dyno, that numbers are 10-13% lower than than if they used a DynoJet dyno to get that 600 HP number...LOL .
Notice the shape of the stock engine HP/TQ lines and you see that shape has not changed. Why, what the problem? Stock Computer, no Tuning. Exhaust reversion wave causing poor Cylinder fill, what? Heads, Intake, Cam, Exhaust what are the problems that have to be overcome.... LOL

Call Lingenfelter, & ask them what they expect the cost of their 600 HP at the Rear Wheels Package, will be. Then my guess you will need to see if you can upgrade current Transmission to the one that can handle that kind of HP/TQ at rear wheel. Might want to go ahead an upgrade your C8's Stock Axles, Trans Clutches, Exhaust System in preparation. May need to go ahead now and replace C8 stock transmission with Heavier Duty one that will be used in performance Version of C8 to come, to get that out of the way.

Also, have you check the C8 Performance Forum to see what currently being offered Performance Wise?

By the way not all Companies dropped their development pkgs. Maybe GM just told them they would not be a player in Engine Computer Software Tuning/Modifications, etc. GM in no way participate in that EPA wise for the Street. They are OEM.

They stock transmission will support over 600 crank horsepower with the same torque curve as stock. Not terrible and about all you can expect without cam change, probably more than you can expect. Not sure you can reach 600 without tuning. However, they have done full exhaust, and porting the MAF and intake without needing tuning. I did not see a dyno, and AFRs with all that work.

I'm rather amazed there is any USA male alive who did not watch Animal House, even younger folks. Even considering it's more juvenile antics, it is an hilarious watch. Oh, well. it is but a few remote clicks away.

OP, you're out of touch. Ask Corvettes of Carlisle about why the Feds and / or the State of Pennsylvania threatened legal action if Carlisle Productions didn't stop the onsite removal of OE exhaust systems in exchange for aftermarket systems from Borla, Corsa, etc. I don't think the aftermarket exhaust guys were even replacing / removing catalytic converters - just mufflers and related plumbing. Aftermarket parts and systems often come with unintended consequences. Put another way, the cost of legal compliance for providers of many aftermarket auto products can be substantial, and the Feds (and their regulatory agencies) won't hesitate to shut you down.

2.7 seconds is good enough for me.

Anything more than a mouthful is wasted.

Why all the need for speed when most limits are 75. Bragging rights ?. Tracking ?. Please explain. My c5 states 171 if correct. Have not taken over 100, no need. Why buy in the first place if not enough power for your needs. Saying this with all due respect guys. Not looking for insults or a pissing match, thanks.

Several have posted recently on making progress. Those with large gains are using piggyback systems. The rest are still waiting for someone to crack the code to adjust the ECU.

I have seen no posts where any vendor was called by GM and told to stop. Please post a cite to this assertion.
