Ferrari sets the standard and Chevrolet gets as close as humanly possible for a lot less money. Arguing anything else is biased.

The 458 /488 is the gold standard of design, and the best looking cars ever created.
The C8 holds it's own, as GM's virgin attempt at a mid-engine design.
The body color option helps hide the hideous tacked on plastic on the side scoop.
Seriously looking forward to the C8Z to clean up the side scoops, and the C9 gen.

The 458 is very photogenic... The C8 looks better in person than in pictures...

Cool video with 2 great cars. I believe the C8 is just as nice looking, but I am biased.

Cool Vid. But notice how they avoided showing the rear fascia on the C8. Those body colored rear vents are Hideous especially in white.

The C8 more than holds it own vs ANY 458 in terms of looks. Plus a 3LT red black scheme interior looks worlds better than a 458. GMs car looks more tech vs the smooth lines of the 458. Ive seen both in the flesh and C8s look like fighter jets.

Ferrari is great to look at. Ownership is out of reach for most. Maintenance is OMG expensive. If I were a billionaire - I'd own several especially a P4/5 if I could get my hands on one. What I would drive would be my C8

Odd that they didn't show any C8 interior shots. Maybe because it was not Adrenaline Red nor a 3LT.

Maintenance costs are not bad and other than tires, fluid changes and brakes, these cars have shown to be remarkably reliable. I’ve had mine more than two years, 12k miles and zero problems. The old days of the 430 and 360 repairs are long gone.
If you find a good local shop, maintenance is quite reasonable. I paid $325 for my last oil change. Ferrari charges $1,200.....
I hope some folks here get the chance to own one someday, I’ve had many cars and there is really nothing like it.
By the way, some owners that have bought C8s rave about them.
