Good Question. My first attempt was with the remote startter on the key fob 30 feet from the car, then sat in car with key fob and noticed no key on dash? Hope it never does it again. I have enough gray hair LOL
I've been told that the Key Fob 'goes to sleep" sometimes, you just have to pick it up & shake it. Try the other fob.
every find out resolution to this? my car did same thing today crank but no fuel. had someone give us a ride and came back after locking car and it fired up 1st crank.
Kind-a... .. the Fob will go to Sleep when left in the cup holder for some time. Not sure how long it takes, You have to pick up the Fob and put it back into the cup holder and the Fob wakes up. No shaking needed.
