I would be depressed knowing that I was going to get to put my new Corvette straight into storage. I expect when mine shows up any day now (built last Thursday), that I will take it straight out for a drive. Maybe even with the top down.
Sorry, I guess that did not help your excitement level.

It could be worse. Not sure how but I guess it could be. Hang in there.

I am hoping his snow will be melted by the time his car gets there. A warm snap for a few days to get at least a little driving in.

That's why I ALMOST deferred to January. MM told me to expect it in February or March. Shane told me that he could have it delivered to me in an enclosed car transport for a couple hundred $$$. If we have conditions like this then I will do that. 30 minutes from MM.

After waiting so long I can see why you're disappointed. I for one would love to be in your shoes. At least if it was in my garage I could wax it, seal it, glaze it. Just Kidding, soon you'll be in your sweet ride with a smile on your face and these last long months will be a distant memory. That's what I tell myself almost everyday. Good Luck and Merry Christmas

I can imagine your pain. I am in Vermont and the last thing I would want to do is buy a car in the middle of winter. That said, I seem to have gotten on the list at a good time. My order should get submitted in February so hopefully it will arrive late enough so I can drive it home without driving through a sand and salt storm.

I know the feeling. My HTC is being built this week, doing museum delivery. The original plan was I was going to get the car last summer and have a nice drive back to Utah. Now I'll wait until the week I'm at the museum to decide if I'm driving it home or transporting on a truck. Hopefully the weather will work with me!
But still excited to finally get it.
