That was a really good video, and while I liked it, my wife really liked it. It was fun and a far better "ambassador" video for the C8 than any of the previous technical ones, ridiculous "car guy" ones or Track Rat ones that go nowhere...
I was critical at first, but really liked the way it was done. Bravo!

DITTO to all the POSITIVE reviews/comments! Very entertaining, fast paced, cute woman. I had to put on CC to get everything said & still hit pause to laugh before moving on in a lot of spots. Usually pass on these but great job producing & thanks Forum members for convincing me to watch.

Loved the funny pronunciations, innuendos and even her vocal fry.
Would've been great if they could've got it all done in 3 minutes or less... that's about where I checked out.
Nice effort though!

Woman's Job
Saw the title of the thread. Reminded me of a girlfriend long gone. I bought a very drivable C2 convertible. Nothing fancy 250 HP 327, 4 speed. standard issue stuff. Went to pick her up. She didn't seem to excited about the car. Then she said 'where are we going to put the car seat?'. And I recognized I had plenty of room for everything I needed except her.

I didnt watch the video, but I must say women and corvettes do have allot in common, when you 1st get them you are excited.... like to drive it all day everyday, after a while of driving the same thing, that excitement goes away, the miles go up, and soon a better newer model comes out.... you must have it..... You get it....... but you have just started the cycle all over again.

Interesting perspective for a new video.
two things that Id recommend...make sure the vehicle is safely supported before going inderneath the car and learn to drive. This is after all 2020...
thank you for the fine video. Definitely made many of us smile.

Unmodified C8 of the Year 2021 Finalist
To nobody in particular... but some people posting in this thread seem to believe that the OP created the video, and as far as I can tell that's not the case. It's great that the OP posted it because I think it's worth spreading around, but I was always taught that credit should be given where credit is due. The video was posted on this forum previously in another thread, which I noted above in Post #13:
If you go to the actual YouTube account (instead of just watching the video here), you'll see that it was posted by Serendib Motorsports, and when I first saw it, it was posted here on this forum by "serendib" on 10/7, where he/she wrote:
"My son picked up this car on August 8th, 2020. We ordered it almost one year earlier. Everyone at McMulkin is outstanding to work with. Got a C7/Z06/Z07 in 2017 and have a C8/Z06 placeholder with them"
So I believe it's forum member "serendib" who was involved in creating the video and should get credit (or blame, if that's your view) for it.

Pretty good video and had some funny parts to it.
