Cooper Delivered today!
My salesman sent the photos this afternoon. Cooper dropped off my new C-8 today! Almost 13 months to the day from my order date. They will prep and detail tomorrow and I will take delivery Friday morning. I have a trip to the Traverse City area of Michigan planned for this weekend to break it in. ELB, Z-51, 2LT, Magride, Cool Sky Grey. First car I ever custom ordered and I'm like a kid on Christmas morning! My cure to Covid-19 crap year. Personalized plate ordered- COVETT.

So it seems we were not on the same truck - mine arrived at the dealer (John Bowman in Clarkston) Wednesday afternoon. I took delivery yesterday afternoon. Took the long route (back roads over to GR then up M37) to Traverse City.
Look for my Torch Red Z51 when you are up in the TC area - I will be out a lot this weekend getting full break in done before snow!

Mine was supposed to be built next week, but now with the shutdown I may need some of those snow tires I saw posted from an owner in Canada.

I'm glad Cooper only has to roll across the street for R8C cars...
Was following a Cooper truck here around home on a 4 lane highway when a tire blew. Rubber and dust everywhere. Thought a gunshot had gone off. Worst part is he kept driving, past the nearest exit.
