I'm not usually a personalized plate guy, but in Texas you can search different options and see if they are available....when I saw this was, I could't help myself. My wife says non gear-heads will think it's weird. Do I care? Nope.

The more compelled you feel about it being right for you is always better than what others may think or understand (or not). That's ultimately the point of a personalized plate.
"PUSHROD" isn't common knowledge but is very obviously meaningful to those who understand how specific and apt it is to your car. It's not some regular "normie" phrase anyone can put on any generic car. Because it's lesser known, that's what makes it more powerful among those in the know.
My custom plate is "MANDO N1" (a Star Wars reference) which has gotten flack in this forum from *special members* who claim nobody cares or knows what it means. I fully expect most Corvette people to not know but those *special members* are way off the mark about "nobody" knowing when there are millions more Star Wars fans than C8 fans. When it comes to custom plates, just follow your own conviction and enjoy the ride.

As a South Carolina Gamecocks fan, I decided to combine that with my C8. It just arrived today! …actually a little surprised it was approved for 2 reasons…1) it’s a GA plate, 2) …I’ll let you figure it out…

I owned a Bricklin SV-1 a few years ago. I wanted to order my license plate to say, "RYLOS" since the Gull Wing Bricklin bore some resemblance to a certain "Star Car", but alas, my spouse insisted that would be "stupid"...
