C8 Front Bra and Mirror covers

C8 Front Bra and Mirror covers
Sorry if this has been asked. I had used Speed Lingerie bra's for years. The best. I also had stretch nylon mirror covers on my previous C6. Saved those when I sold car, but they dont fit the C8. Cannot find the stretch nylon covers for the mirrors, and speed lingerie still has not produced the C8 front bra.
For the sake of this post, please dont not reply with using Expel. Just looking for some protection prior to heading to Carlisle

A lot of the companies producing the covers/bras have been slow to make them available.
In time you will see them, but for now you're out of luck.

How about Xpel (not Expel) Tracwrap? It’s a great temporary solution for a road trip: https://www.xpel.com/shop/paint-prot...-film/tracwrap.

I guess you liked the Novistretch if you had it on two models. Has anyone else had good experience with the Novistretch Bra on older models? I was thinking about getting one for the C8 when they become available. Will get the mirror covers too. I will probably only use them on road trips.

One way to keep the frunk from opening. Tape it shut.

I have a Novistrech on my C7. I love it. But if you are looking for Xpel protection it is not going to do it. It will keep a lot of bugs and most other debris off but any larger stone hits run the chance of dings.
I am OK with a few nicks. My Artic White only has 2 noticeable hits.
I will buy another when I get the C8. It looks like for the cost of xpel I could get a new paint job if really needed. But I believe the Novistrech will protect enough fo me..

I don't care what you do with your car....ok?.... Just some counter-point here....
First, I have driven my car on the track many times, In 5 years I have a few very minor stone chips and scrapes... nothing that a decent detail couldn't deal with, and anything more serious, Xpel won't protect you anyway.
Now, "bras", and other covers (even close-fitting ones), collect dirt and abrade the paint.... they are like wearing steel wool underwear... they probably cause more harm than good.... plus they look ****.
Its really like buying funeral insurance.... If it makes you happy, then fine... but

I had the Novistretch cover on my C7 (actually still have it) but I too wanted more protection than it offered so I bought a Speed Lingerie cover. The Novistretch offered some protection from bugs and perhaps small rocks, but no where near that of the Speed Lingerie. Of course, it didn’t cost anywhere near as much either.
The Xpel Track wrap would be a good, temporary protection for the car.
