Finally got my C8 deposit in!
It might be kind of corny, but I waited until my birthday this year to put in my C8 pre-order and I was super happy to do so. Big thanks to Mike Furman at Criswell Chevrolet for taking time out of his busy Saturday schedule to meet up with me, explain the pre-order process, and get my name on the wait list with a deposit. He even hooked me up with a few Corvette promo goodies on the way out! 👍
I know this means I'm probably not getting a C8 this year due to the production delays, but hey, I'm just happy to be on the list! 😄
Thanks again, Mike!

Did you get to see the armored file cabinet with bullet proof lock, and office with bullet proof glass and fingerprint lock on door? Also, I think the files are made out of solid steel.

Hopefully you'll get your car before you fit the demographics!

I placed a deposit with Mike's back at the end of August of 2019. I haven't gotten to place my order yet. With all of the set backs, I am hoping to place my order sometime in the summer now and hopefully I get it in the Fall/Winter. With the fact that this is so late in 2020 and there is no price increase and the 2021 will have wireless airplay, I am good with getting a 2021.

LOL...how did you know? Thanks for the well wishes and wisecracks, guys & gals! 😅
As I'm now on the wait list for the 2021 model and they are purportedly firing up manufacturing of that model year in November, any guesses as to when they might get the ball rolling on that build? Late winter or early spring perhaps?
