If folks are going to change tires might consider the C7 Pilot Super Sport instead of the C8 Pilot Sport 4S. Then why not go wider?

Rear Tires Option:
OEM 305/30-20 Pilot Sport 4S: Diameter = 27.2" (764 rev/mile); Section Width =12.3“; Tread Width = 11.2”
335/30-20 Pilot Super Sport: Diameter = 28” (744 rev/mile); Section Width = 13.5 ; Tread Width = 12.4”

Front Tire Option:
OEM 245//35-19 Pilot Sport 4S: Diameter = 25.8" (807 rev/mile); Section Width =9.8 “; Tread Width = 8.6”
255/35-19 Pilot Super Sport: Diameter = 26” (799 rev/mile); Section Width = 10.2 ; Tread Width = 9.2”

I also bought a well-spec’d non Z51 C8 but knowing ahead of time I will mod the heck out of pretty much everything (it’s apart right now getting a new exhaust prototyped for it). I am waiting on the KW V3s, adjustable sway bars, and will be running Sport Cup 2s on my stock wheels when I get new 20/21” street wheels. Obviously have a few brake pad options We’ll see what wears out/breaks after that and go from there.

well, its a wrap, so I don't think she cares one bit about hitting it with a pressure washer #1, #2, who cares what she washes it with as long as she keeps doing it the way she is doing it in these photos! Is that a sexist remark? Damn Straight!!! Again, I don't believe she cares about that, or if she did, she would not be on You tube and instagram posing in bathing suits or wrapping corvettes! She is a marketing whiz! Good for her! If only I was young... and tech savvy.... and young! And not married? And I assume the guy that wrapped the car, wrapped her too!!

Hi Proeagles,
This is an old topic, but since I just bought a C8 Lt1, I want to upgrade from the fe1 basic Fe1 suspension.
I've found the GM part system database cannot search by name, only P/Ns.
Could you post the Part Numbers for the Z71 swaybars & springs?
Lastly, could let me know the diameters of both swaybars. When calculating spring/swaybar rates, a single mm can make a big difference
I would surely appreciate your input. Tery

Linked article has bar dimensions and spring rates.

Funny that article quotes the same source that came out at the 1st Carlisle PA event when the C8 was launched. It was from a booklet for only GM reps! But when a Rep looked something up a spectator asked if he could take pics with his cell phone. Therefore, the pages are not complete and many at an angle. I cropped and made then as straight as possible. Have about 10.

Here are a few the OP might like. One where I added Jim Mero comments on the forum addressing what he said in a Podcast.

As Jim Mero notes and is how you determine sway bar stiffness it's proportional to the diameter to the 4th power.

Thanks for your reply to my request. However, I have the basic specs on the Z51 suspension kit and have calculated and made my own swaybars for some time
What I REALLY am looking for GM Part Numbers for Z51 rear swaybar and springs. The Z51 front swaybar is the same as the LT1. So I already have one.
Does anyone have the magic P/Ns?
Thanks,
Terry
