Happy Sunday Mike! Stunning selection of photos as a tribute to Zora and Elfi! Here is my favorite:
Elfi was a stunner!
Steve Garrett’s inaugural podcast with Jeremy Welborn was most interesting and well done! Looking forward to tomorrow’s podcast starring YOU as Steve’s guest!
Have a great week!

What phenomenal pictures and insights into a great couple....I’ve owned Corvettes for 45 years and been a real. follower. Seeing all those for the first time is a real treat- thanks Mike!
I’m sure you’re looking forward to getting back to deliveries next month!

Zora handed me this trophy at the 1994 Show for my '74 Coupe. I met him at several of the Malcolm Konner shows.

and on that note...I owned a Blue/Blue 1988 Corvette that was originally ordered for Zora Duntov's private secretary of 25 years.
If you look at the ship to section on the window sticker it states: "CPC Group Engineering Garage" instead of a dealership name!
Trust me, that Corvette had some engine mods that could not be seen...and it was one quick C4!

CONGRATS To the New Owners
May you Shine till the End Of Time
So cool to have this tribute to The Man.What a Life he had.And thanks to him WE have Corvette.A hobby, obsession.A way of life.
What a feeling that must have been to have simply got a autograph.A small conversation,A simple handshake and a thank you.
Wow I met Zora. That would've been nice. You where blessed to have met him.
I too was blessed to have met a special man that I am very thankful to have.
Life is so very short.Have happiness today for Great Memories Tomorrow.
Fav.Photo was from a past week of stories
Take care you-all and be careful 3

Mike,
Thanks for this glimpse into the private lives of Zora and Elfi. They complimented each other perfectly! I especially liked the boating photos. Beth and I both grew up on the lake in Chattanooga, TN and enjoyed skiing behind wooden Chris-Craft inboard runabout boats, and later, the larger cruisers that traveled the Tennessee River from the Chattanooga Yacht Club south to the Guntersville Yacht Club in Alabama. Beautiful fall color cruises were enjoyed through the Tennessee River Valley south of Chattanooga.

My favorite legend is that he refused to have his pic taken with this car because it only had 3 bolt wheels. It came from GM's California styling center. I think it required a V6? Later a V8 was shoe horned in?

Hi Mike,
Wow I really enjoyed your post !!! Amazing history and the pictures of both Zora and Elfi were so nice. They lived a productive life style and the pictures reflected a strong marriage. I always wanted to meet them but twice my plans to attend a car show, where they were hosting, were interrupted due to military duty.
That gray ZR1 convertible was awesome; oh my what a car that one is, so beautiful/powerful !!!
I will watch the podcast tomorrow. Be healthy and stay safe. Thank you for sharing Mike.
I am eagerly waiting on the C8 ZO6 HTC.
Very Respectfully,

Mike - I greatly enjoyed the pics of Zora and his lovely wife. What a classy couple.
If GM doesn't name one of the high performance variants after Zora, it'll be a damn crime.
