No. Mexico has strict laws importing vehicles. We own property near Puerto Vallarta and have researched options for owning a car in Mexico. Ironically, most cars are cheaper to buy in Mexico. The general rules are the vehicle must have been manufactured in North America, be at least 8 years old but not older than 9 years... so I guess we wait until 2028 if we want to move the car down there.
