Sorry but there is a reason they didn’t fill in the logo it will never stand up to the heat

The whole engine cover is covered with paint. What makes the paint that was used to fill in the logo any different?

I am sure it is a multi step paint process to make sure to cover holds up to the heat.

Here’s hoping the C8 front facia logo is the same size and can be mounted on the engine cover without a need to be hand paint. That’s a measurement I plan once my C8 arrives. Someone please beat me to it.

Received mine today- the quality is just fine! Pics make things look worse sometimes. Look at some of the C8 Pics then see the car in person!

I think the front logo is larger than the one on the engine cover.

How much are you paying for the engine cover? It seems as though you should be able to order it through the parts department and get a discount.

I got mine from www.shopchevyparts.com for $371. Didn't do it to save the $124, but to paint the logo before hand. Also, to be able to say, "I'm working on my new C8 Corvette Stingray",
