Average age of a C8 buyer?
I just read an article that said that the average age of a Corvette owner is 61, up from 54 ten years ago ( the average age has actually gone up over time). With the introduction of the C8, my guess is that the average age of a C8 buyer will still be early 50's +.

20, will be close to 21 when I take delivery.
I think the reason for the age increase is because financial literacy has improved and people are making better choices. Let's be honest, Corvettes are awesome cars and are a great value for the money but they're still a (relatively) expensive impractical two seat sports car.

We won’t know until all the C8’s are sold in Q4 and then GM publishes stats. Until then, it’s all conjecture.

I'll be 67. And I rarely back down from a "stop light" encounter by some punk in a ricer, lol. One fact that is often over looked is what is the age when a person buys their FIRST Corvette. That was 50 for me.

I was 32, just returning home from overseas assignment in January 1985, when I bought my '64 convertible. I'll be 68 when I get my 2021 coupe. That'll be 36 years of Corvette ownership

Your average age in this thread thus far is 54.8yo for C8 owners......
I mean honestly? It's a bunch of nonsense. They know the current owners are aging and will buy until they dont drive anymore and they're hoping like with the radical design change of the C7, that it will attract NEW buyers... but in the end? The average age will always be in that range because of what the car is...

35 years old here with a c8 ordered.. Bought a couple year old c6 when I was 25, then had a c7z51 and c7z06, each I bought 1-2 years old/used... so none of those would factor into a "new purchaser" age average.
