If I had a coupe ordered, I'd be cancelling for a vert.

Thats one thing I noticed was the silver convertible had the Morello Red interior (!) and was looking forward to seeing that as much as the convertible itself.

The convertible does visually alter the problem I had with the bulbous rear appearance of the coupe.

Wonder how many guys who went out and ordered a coupe already are wishing they would have waited.

I can't seem to find the convertible on the chevrolet site configurator, I'd like to see what the nacelles look like with the yellow paint.

ALL of em.......that could afford one. That's the problem around here, too many penny pinchers. I dont get it.......everyone can afford a new C8 for $70K, after tax, title and license - but then can't afford an $80K convertible? Doesn't make sense.

nice I wonder if the vert is quieter, after looking at your animation i could see it having less engine noise.

The C8 in general is quieter based on design alone. The vert should not make much if any difference. Unless you put the rear window down on the vert.

I am waiting for the Z06 and was really wanting the coupe for the rear window to show off the motor. But, after seeing this animation, I think the convertible looks better. Thanks for doing this!

it makes complete sense. What does not make sense are people easily spending strangers' money....projecting their opinions and financial situation on others. Hell, why not make it an even $100K if you're already 70% there?!

Default Is it possible to switch to Convertible this early on?

Will GM as a courtesy allow those already allocated a Coup to switch if they desire to the convertible?
