Good choice and makes perfect sense. $100k is way too much for a Stingray. I do like the C8 Stingray a lot, but also see areas where I wish was better. That's why I'm waiting to see what the GS and Z06 will bring.

to all the people that think they need more HP,
turn off all the traction/susp nannies
and try to drive these 500+ hp cars around on the street,,or better yet try them on a road course
99% of you would crap themselves ,
these cars in the hands of a pro driver are a hand full,
so most of you couldn't use more them 300-400hp

I drove a buddies ZL1 1LE when it was about 40 degrees out (tires were being replaced) and holy cats was that car all over the place.
500hp at the wheels is more than enough to get you into a lot of trouble.
