I'm a Clubmaster guy myself, but the choice is yours.
How about some tourtise she'll Persol to go with your Red/tan beauty.
I have great polarized sunglasses. They don't make much difference.

I'm going for the Natural Dipped interior but I do wish there was more of a midpoint between the standard and dipped Natural interiors.
I wish there was a Kalahari option!

Hmmmm... couldn't be more than $5000 to have the leather dyed and plastic parts painted. ..

I have a 15 3LT with the kalahari full dash and there is absolutely no glare. A non issue from my perspective.

Had a 2014 3LT Kalahari before GM got cheap and made the 3LT look like a "Patch Work Quilt!" Some said it was reflection. I never had an issue in the sunny South! At the time, wife hand a Cayenne with all tan leather interior including the full dash and again no issue.

I bought a 2LT Grand Sport because of the cheapened Kalahari! Now that Natural Dipped hooked me into a 3LT C8!

BELOW PICS ALL 3LTs.

I have a '14 3LT with full Kalahari dash and love it. There is very little glare and it is NO issue at all. I would do it again. In fact, my C8 order is in -- Z51, Blade Silver, 3LT Natural Dipped.

If glare is a problem, then I'll try the Polarized sun glasses, or maybe a Cool multi color lens set of "Tack Glasses".Those should go good with my Bald head and White Beard.

Any way, I let middle age Women, "18 to 24 years of age", pick the color and interior look for car's Exterior Color. We deemed the Exterior/Interior look (Redneck Classless) with the High Wing in body color option.

Isn't the finish; i.e. matte or gloss, of the dash more critical than the color? I've had black dashes that reflected back onto the windshield because they were glossy.

The Natural Dipped interior is gorgeous, especially with the OP's build. It would be a shame to pass on it based on speculation. From reading here, it sounds like current owners of the Kalahari dash aren't having any problems.

I say "GO FOR IT!"

This issue came up with the C7's. I had the tan interior and did not have a problem with reflection. But, that is just me.

I’ve had a 3LT Kalahari dash (HUD enclosure) in my 2015 Z06 for nearly five years and I honestly can’t recall if I had a reflection problem. So it must not be an issue for me.

Had a cashmere interior in my 2016 Cadillac CTS with a cashmere colored upper dash. The reflection on the windshield from the opening for the forward collision alert drove me absolutely crazy. Finally had to create a custom colored plate to cover up the opening so I didnt have to constantly look at that damn reflection. It actually worked! My guess is that the natural dipped with HUD will have the same problem. If you have never dealt with that before you have no idea just how annoying that reflection is in the windshield. JMHO.

My Porsche 911TT has natural brown leather dash top. I've had the car since '11 and never noticed any reflection on the windshield. I've driven it hundreds of miles in the sun in a day several times. Absolutely never an issue, even drove it heading west on I-80 before and during sunset, still no issue with reflection. I understand the dipped C8 material may be imitation leather or vinyl, that and maybe the angles of the shield, dash, and drivers line of sight.
