Anybody know the name of this part on the order form?
Does anyone know if this part is the "STI Rocker Panel Extensions - Molded In Color $550" on the order form

It is. Without doing anything on the order they come black. STI gets them molded in the color of your car.

It is confusing because on the visualizer (on Chevy website) it is body color unless you select "black side rocker"

The part you pictured is the default part if you select no options. I ordered my car Friday and can confirm. STI is that part in body color and is LPO dealer installed for $550.

I wish it was painted carbon flash to match the piece above it. I may have to do that for that piece, front lip & rear valance.

It's textured plastic to match the Z51 front splitter. Cheap and durable for track use and for errant heels getting in/out. Fun fact, if you watch the 22 chevy video clips the red car they showcase in it a bunch has carbon flash paint on the splitter and half-skirt. It does look nice, but it would get obliterated after one track weekend for me.

"Running board," anyway, that's what it was called on my '29 Model-A.
