Ceramic Matrix Gray on Red question

Ceramic Matrix Gray on Red question
Just placed order with dealer for Ceramic Matrix Gray, with two tone red int. But getting NERVES because I read a thread saying it has a real blue tint. Have never seen on in person and none around to see for a 1000 miles. I have 1st Allocation at dealer and was wondering if anyone has seen the one that they are showing in person if it matches or not. My build is just over $80 so I really don't want to get stuck with something that looks U G L Y together. The really sad part is I can prob get my order put in on the Sept 12th but will never get to see the car or colors in person till Nov 4 or 5
PLEASE Let me know if you have seen this car in person or what you think ?? I really don't think they would be showing one or ;et the color combo be ordered with the override if it did not match............................AHHHHHH HHHH TO MUCH TIME TO THINK

At the NCM bash 2018 they had a ZR1 in ceramic with red interior. I'll dig up pics when I get home this evening. It was great looking.

I’m going with the matrix gray with the red interior. My dealer has a Z06 with this combo on the lot, looks gorgeous! I think that is a beautiful combination. One of the many cool features is how the color tricks the eye in different light conditions or when next to other colors. I think you will dig it!

I've seen a few C7 Ceramic Matrix Gray and personally, I would opt for Jet Black with Blue Stitching interior. It does have a blue-ash tint to it and any blue trim such as calipers, etc. would bring the blue out.
I did see one C7 Carbon Ceramic Gray Grand Sport with red interior. It looked nice because it had matching red calipers, fender stripes, etc., however between the two, I would choose blue accents. By way of comparison, at the same show I also saw a C7 ZR1 in Ceramic Matrix Gray and that had the ZR1 blue calipers, the ZR1 blue logos and the interior was the Jet Black with the blue stitching. IMO, it was the perfect combination matched up with the exposed carbon fiber trim and all the colors complimented each other.

Love that ceramic matrix. Thats the combo I picked thinking the wife would love it too. Such an elegant ride. But she wants torch red and I’ve been out voted by the family 3:1 . So I guess Torch red it shall be . Truth is car looks great in all the colors.

IMO it looks better in person than it does in the pictures. I took a Corvette tour where one woman had one. I followed it quite a bit. It was really very nice. This gal was about 80 and bought the Vette on the spur of the moment once she saw it on the showroom floor. I followed her on the Million Dollar highway with all those curves an she was a damn good driver. I comented on it and she sad, "Well, I like to use the paddles."

Saw it in two-tone with Ceramic Gray last weekend. I think it looks fine over red. I’m still going Arctic White, but man it’s a tough choice.

Blue really makes CMG look good. I’d love to get the new two tone blue seats but do not want 3LT

Saw a C7 with CMG and A Red Interior all alone by itself in bright sunshine I could not see a blue cast. The CMG looked fine against the A Red interior. BUT, if you ever park next to another Corvette that is Arctic White the blue cast of the CMG jumps out. As suggested above the best choice Interior for CMG on a C8 is probably black or that light blue. Your call.
