Default Window tinting

How is window tinting normally done on high end mid-engine cars? I can't imagine you would want to tint the back window and diminish the view of the engine. On the other hand it would not look very good if you only tinted side windows.

I would tint all windows as dark as possible. Don’t give a damm about seeing the engine.

Tint the interior back window. Not the hatch window.

I agree. I think you won't forget it's back there.

Correct, don't tint the main rear glass, it's hot in the engine compartment. Not a great idea.

Tint in the South is a huge boon. ..so much cooler in the car! Can really tell the difference in the transmitted heat when you have to roll down the window and the Sun blasts in.

I also get an IR blocking film on the windshield which really makes a difference in reducing the heat when driving in the Summer, and doesn't look like tint (much)...more reflective than tint appearance.
