One of the best bangs for the buck for 28 grand is a 2014 audi s4 or s5 and 3 grand in easy reliable mods which consist of a supercharger pulley, a heat exchanger and a tune. Youre at low 11s and 2.8 to 3.2 0 to 60 times. Easy recipe.

That said the c8 is a true sports car. I cannot wait to do some laps in it. To have a warrantied supercar for 70 grand is crazy

Or buy a cheaper C5Z, a 4.10 diff along with a set of drag radials and that should get you a high 2 second 0-60 in good air on the dragstrip. I went 10.9@125 and a 2.8 0-60 with my FRC and only 422rwhp at sea level DA, my stock C6 GS did 3.1 with just drag radials.

If you simply idle off the edge of a cliff, you will reach 0-60 in 2.75 seconds.
