Nice Job. I like it. More flowing with the lines and less cut up.

The black "fuel tank" looking part behind the transaxle is the muffler. The exhaust exits out the sides of the muffler and make a 90 deg bend out the rear.

Maybe it was too tight to design the internals of the muffler to exit the center, but if you want it bad enough the aftermarket can probably figure it out.

Good catch, looks like a possible straight header dump out the center... That would be insanely loud!!!

So when is it going into production? I mean I see the point when Chazron and others were trying to figure out what the C8 was going to look like when they finally let us see it. But now that we know what it looks like, what's the point?

I don't see an adjustment but I wonder if the coil overs will be adjustable for height?

I have to see it in person at Kerbeck on the 27th. But, I am definitely not liking the look and placement of the quad pipes. They look cheap. And, and an after thought for a "super" car. So, I guess they had to compromise to get a set of golf clubs in the rear cargo area.

But, I am 72. What do I know?

You sure they wouldn't have to go through the trunk to get there?

Try fixing the rear lights. They look too Camaroish... Ugly.

Thanks, ya'll! Glad you like it (well, most of you ) – regardless, I always invite discussion.

I feel it's more interesting to show what I do and how I do it, rather than throwing up a random rendering leaving you wondering what changed. Front view coming up next?

@Monaco Auto Design love the spoiler. which OEM spoiler option do you like better: no wing, low wing or high wing?

Interesting exercise showing a lot of talent, but much of today's performance car's bits are aerodynamic (like the spoiler) and messing with them may have unexpected results at the upper end of the performance envelope...
IF there's enough room to even consider it, what components have to be moved or modified just to put the exhausts in the center and how much would that cost in both performance and dollars?

I was wondering why They strayed away from the center exhaust. Now I know why. GM got it right

Hmm, at the moment I'd say my personal preferences are:

1. High wing - nice and aggressive, works really well with the carbon aero kit
2. No wing - very clean, 'Ferrari-esque'
3. Low/ Z51 wing - A bit busy, but serves a purpose.

Thanks for all the comments/ criticism, love hearing everyones thoughts

Extremely talented! I'd love to see what you can do with the large black area under the front nose license plate area. I'd rather it was a body color option and would like to see what the looks like (oh, in white, hint hint)

Still would need some kind of crossover pipe between the two sides or else it will sound like two 4cyls.

As an amateur photoshop guy I admire your knowledge and abilities.
I really think what killed the back end is the need to have the geezer space...er, I mean extra trunk space in the back which makes it way too large and too high.
