I'm not sure this listing of dimensions jives. People who have sat in the car (at the reveal) claim that it's bigger than their C7 inside, and Chevy themselves talked about being able to move the seat back (vs the C7) an additional 1.7 inches. That would indicated greater dimensions, in some ways, I would think. Try before you buy (or don't buy).

The only "sad thing" is its even lower than the C7. Most of the aging C8 buyers will have trouble entering and exiting the car. They already reported trouble with the C7.... It's probably a lot better ergonomically than that ghastly C6. Kryst, what a bucket the C6 was to sit in.

as for the room inside, I'm 6'1" and I have my seat forward and the steering wheels extended completely in my C6. I cannot stand driving with the seat all the way back as I feel too extended. maybe they need the extra distance for entering/exiting the car ? definitely a nice addition to have a flat bottom steering wheel.

Reuss said it’s bigger, people there said it’s bigger... this spec sheet says smaller. I’m confused... I’m 6’3”’with wide shoulders.

Looks like the glorious and lovely to look at C6 was the last roomy Vette, and the last one with decent luggage space. A shame it takes a whole 4 seconds to get to sixty.

Whew, I thought you were going to be another one saying you're sad because of no manual. The interior is supposedly bigger though because of no engine in the front, I think Tadge said something about that thursday night.

Yeah confused here too. They all said it had more legroom due to the design ..
specs say it ain’t so

LEG ROOM - 42 vs 43: Doubt that’s noticeable. Strange that the press release mentioned an additional inch legroom, yet your specs have it listed the opposite of that.
SHOULDER ROOM - 54.4 vs 55.2: was 27.6” per person, now 27.2”. Less than a half inch difference per person.
HIP ROOM - 52 vs 53.7: was 26.85, now 26” per person. Still less than an inch difference per person, might be slightly noticeable, maybe, maybe not.
HEAD ROOM - 37.9 vs 37.9: Same.

I will reserve judgement until I sit in the C8. Raw numbers don't usually tell the whole story.
