I run a business manufacturing automotive replacement parts. Every single one of our product photos are renders. If I didnt tell you, youd have no idea. Go check out the IKEA website. All of their product photos are renders, too. Industries like makeup and supplements have been using nothing but renders for years now. Retail is moving toward renders and product photography is slowly being phased out. These days its mostly used film and lifestyle photos.

These are not renders guys. These are probably GM's official press release photos which are often cleaned up and air brushed if you will. So these are the enhanced pics with photoshop or similar software. The setting and dark room lighting matches the interior pics leaked earlier.

That side scoop. Ugh. I had really really hoped it would go away. From the rear quarter view, it's not bad. That front quarter view, it's yuck. I like the lines overall. Can't wait to see it in person.

Oh well, I wasn't really in the mood to spend any money on a new Corvette, when I'm perfectly happy with the three I currently have. I'll let a teenager have my spot in line to buy one(and maybe in 30 years, he will).
