Will the C8 brake pads have the brake dust problems like the C7?
If so I will be ordering low dust brake pads and have them installed at delivery.

How in the hell do you expect anyone to have an answer to that question at this stage of the game?
The C7 only had 'problems' for the show n shine waxers anyway. I'm perfectly ok with cleaning my wheels more often if it gives me a better feeling, grippier brake pad.

Silly Rabbit, the dust comes from global warming and NOT from the pads,

Only a problem if you want to stop.
OEM pads are a compromise between feel/bite, noise, temp handling, decent life (get out of warranty). Dust isn’t even on their radar.
that said, there are awesome options in the aftermarket for pads with decent bite and low/no dust.
