The clip you see in this thread was really all that applied to the ZR1. He drives it, hits 202, and then it went to commercial. Might have talked about the ZR1 for 10 seconds before the drive.

I watched the whole show, Jay and company do a GREAT job overall, and this was certainly cool to see Jay cross the 200 Mark... I too just hit 200+ in my Z at Mojave, and also had to have all the SFI safety stuff on, including belts suite and Hans...

I REALLY need to start watching this show regular!!

Here's my 201.4 MPH pass, I'm also right around 750 HP with my FULL bolt ons...

Not a big deal, but Tadge says "...stock Chevy...". Obviously the race harnesses and Sparco seats aren't stock equipment. I may be wrong, but I don't believe they're options from the factory either.

Like I said though... no biggy. I'm sure Tadge is referring to stock performance (motor, suspension, etc).

Very cool to see/hear the ZR1 hitting 200+!!!

Basically, it was a fluff piece...a bit of advertising for the ZR1.
I had to laugh when Tadge made a big point of "increased cooling."
