I would ask a moderator to trash this whole thread and let your lawyer handle this.

Then start a new thread in a few years once it's resolved and show off your Corvette doing a big smokey burnout.

And you might want to remove the images of the text messages, the parts you tried to remove are mostly still visible.
I'm worried we're going to hear about the next life event which turned out to be his long lost Nigerian prince brother who left him 7.2 million dollars but just
needs $200,000 to get it released to him

😂🤣🤪🤪no legal intervention yet. We'll see what becomes of my communications. Like Pearl Harbor, they have finally awakened a sleeping giant, after their even more grotesque actions last month.(as if this wasn't gross enough alresdy)

no such luck. Hey! I'm just responding to the ones who tell me this is all on me. The last 4 years seem to have been the perfect "F ME!" storm. All the aggravating **** that happened in that time finally hit me all at once a month ago. Mr Rogers is now Mr Hyde.

Default Ta da!

So, after posting a rather scathing review on Google about ELCO, last week, I received a call from them at which time I was ranting and him saying he's going to meet with Bill(the mechanic and savior) the next day, I got a call from Bill the other night ask9ng me to drop by his house for a talk. At first I thought it was an ambush🤣but we met and bull shitted for a while and discussed this absolutely egregious situation. He was glad I did what I did. Apparently this was going to go on indefinitely. They didn't want to tie up a bay. They didn't want to give him 2 bays. He was going to meet up with the managers the next morning and was ready to leave there. Apparently they had brought my car in when they said and then subsequently removed it again! Anyway, the outcome of their meeting was, car is coming in in 3 days and it will stay there till finished. I'm still going to be in contact with higher ups and at this point will be looking for something more than just getting it back in one assembled piece. God bless Bill. I told him I hoped I wasn't puting him in the middle or getting him trouble but they need him more than he needs them. Unbelievable!

I sure hope you’re right! Sounds like the same old song and dance you’ve been hearing the last few years. Keep us posted I’m very curious if it’s going to be pulled in a bay and actually start working on it. It’s a start hopefully 🤞🙏

Seems like a lot of work to put it back together enough to roll into a bay, then take it apart again to let it sit in the lot.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you Mark. Keep on them, you deserve to have your car back.

I think it's a bullshit fake story. Let's see a copy of your "scathing" google review.

its not a fake story. I live near this dealership. And I have observed the car sitting at the back of the lot with the engine out front wheels off and on Jack stands for way over 2 years when taking my cars in for service.

No real action yet, so maybe it will be a Thanksgiving to remember?

Christmas wishes? Or is the Easter Bunny time slot still in-play?

Have you considered putting a Tile in it? Might give you a way to know where the car is without driving over there.

.
I've been wondering that the whole time. Like did they have a forklift to roll it out on? Or did somebody disassemble it out there?

also, the pic is a little grainy, but it looks like not only are the brakes and calipers off, it looks like the A arms are removed as well?
And are the brake lines just hanging there open?
so many questions

I hope you're actually going to get it going. But I'll believe it when I see a picture of it on the lift in the dealership.

If I were you, I would be there on day #3, bright and early, to make sure it goes right on the lift first thing in the morning. And DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT. They have proven to be liars already. Car up on lift. Car being worked on with regular progress. Visit in person at least once a week. The reason I say this is, they may have a tech that left so they have a bay not in use and management has decided to park it on an unused lift. Still doesn't mean someone is going to work on it. IJS, keep on them, don't back off one bit.

If I were him I'd be most concerned about how the hell they move that thing around without damaging it being it has no front suspension at all and shocks just hanging
Frankly, I don't know how that wasn't his first question to them
Plus a few more like, where are my rotors and calipers and wheels? Can I see them?
Where are my A arms?

I mean really, have they been in a closet for the last 3 years?
