Default 1472 Mile 2016 Z06 value?

I have a 2016 Z06 Convertible M7 with just 1472 miles and am considering selling it. I have other cars and although I love it, I am getting older and just don't drive it. Obviously! The car is Blade Silver, Black interior, LZ2, Chrome Wheels with red calipers. I've added ACS Composite stage 2 winglets and Front Splitter as well as Side Skirts. I also had XPEL paint protection film added to the front end, hood, mirrors, rear wheel lips etc. .Its always been in a climate controlled building under a California Car Cover. So I'm asking for your input on what the car is worth if I do decide to sell. I don't need the money but I feel guilty not driving it and could use the space.

Thanks, Steve

The problem is you are asking somebody to pay a premium for what is basically a new car without a warranty. Would you go to a dealer and agree to pay the list price for a new car if they didn't include a warranty? I suspect you would want a discount. New products are the most likely to fail due to infant mortality issues. That is why they come with warranties. A car with 20K miles on it will have gone through its infant mortality period with any failures resolved under the warranty with potential purchasers looking forward to a lot of years with few to no problems before the wear-out stage begins. A 1500-mile car is far from being out of its infant mortality period and sitting around Vs being driven may make it worse as sitting around is bad for cars. The OEMs don't design the cars with the idea they will be sitting around without being used for years on end.

how sad you only put 1472 miles on your car.they are so much fun to drive you missed out on many smiles per gallon.the next guy will be very happy you saved it for him.i think i am a unusual guy because il ike to drive my car on sunny days whenever i can and i live in crapville upstate ny.no track days just spirited driving 25k miles third set of tires and i am 70.georgeous car. a stick vert will bring good money.check fleabay sold listing and you will get a real world sale prices.

wow that is a great combo!
yeah from the looks of your building (garage) you dont need the money but certainly start high on it.
yeah no reason not to put it for sale online as a private at 80k.
just make a very detailed ad with plenty of photos and information on maintenance and other stuff.
best of luck.

But lets be honest, people look for super low mile unmodified cars just like this one and will pay a premium. They give 2 ***** about infant mortality.

Thanks for the replies. I haven't decided yet if I want to sell or not.

If I do sell I think Bring A Trailer would be the best bet

Bill you hit the nail on the head ,
First I want to thank you for helping with the problem on my 2017 Corvette Z06 with 7.500 miles on the clock .
The clutch pedal was falling to the floor ,The Corvette sat most of the time ,
I changed the slave cylinder fluid .Trans , rear end
Still weeks later it happened again The Dealer told me when these Corvettes sit they have problems
The lite on dash was coming on Emissions problems ,with the age of tires and the rims cracking i desisted to end the Misery ,
You proved the point ,
Being a Corvette owner for years I derided to shift gears and get a Supra 6 speed manual
Thanks again Bill you helped me make a good choice check out my web page https://rtruman.com/
I did get extended warranty this time

Not sure why you have had so many issues with your car. My 2018 has 3,500 miles on it because I have other toys, but I rip on it when I do take it out and it sits alot and has had zero issues.

I don't understand, your asking us what we think because you claim your not sure on the value, but when someone responds with a high number,75, you quickly respond why not 80. Vertical n manual. I personally wouldn't but yours for 55 maybe 60. 1500 miles is not good. Prob still has original rubber on it. Waiting for a 70 plus mile an hour turn to blow up n cause someone to die. You must get realistic. Put it up for sale n see what the wind will blow your way. But don't waste our time. Please

The op did not respond with the 75k quote. Someone else did. Don’t waste our time with your nonsense posts.

I also agree with $70-75K a good starting price.
Regardless of miles it needs a complete service, including new tires and all fluids.
