Anyone install WEAPON-X: ZTX Wing
Specifically WEAPON-X C7 ZR1 ZTK Style ZTX on a Z06;
I got most of all the hardware installed but the provided ZR1 lip is a no go on an existing Z06 bumper. Has anyone successfully installed one who could provide guidance?
Here's a pic of the hardware install just about done:
I am specifically referring to the brake light conversation lip from ZR1:

Hey Guys and Gals,
I had put together a video of my journey installing this wing from back in April. It's long so be prepared for 49 min of my journey! I hope it can help some of you along. There are multiple ways to skin this cat but here's how I did it. Photo montage at the end including the finished product in action on track! Sorry it took so long to get to putting together the video. Unfortunately I lost my wrap up where I discuss some tips but I'll be available to answer anyone's questions.
Kindest regards,
Adam

Perhaps you bought/they sent the wrong item.

It's sold as a "full" kit for a Z06; So, it is very much possible that an incorrect part was sent. I've reached out to their team for support, however, was hoping to get some feedback from this forum. Looks like no else has done this or viewed this post for feedback

yes i installed mine about 2 months ago! there are to holes that are close! but non of them really line up, i removed all the bolts from the the the panel and made a template out of paper and place it over the bumper cover to get were it would cover the holes and them drilled the new holes and 4 slots! you have to remove the bracket for the old 3 rd brake light bracket! if there is anything else i can help with let me know

Indeed, I ended up ordering a new rear bumper since existing drilled holes from Stage-3 Wing shows as well marks from them since this new lip is slightly narrower towards the edges.
I like your idea of creating a template to drill holes and slots for this new lip.
If you have any pictures feel free to share. Would love to see how it came out for you. Or PM if if you prefer.

It fits. I have a myriad of photos and a how to video I have yet to upload to you tube. PM me and Ill be happy to help you through the installation. The ZR1 body spoiler will fit. You'll need to cut your Z06 bumper in places and also get a new pigtail for the third brake light. It is worth the work.

This is so very reassuring, @Trackout to see your completed install on a Z06/07
Also as noted by @charliebrown266 I will likely create a template as a guide to drill holes onto my replacement rear bumper which should arrive sometime today. Once it's retrofitted perfectly, I'll need to get it painted and then finally install it back-on.
I'll reach out to you if guys don't mind if there are any specific questions. Many thanks!

once normal as stock zr1
once high mounted
So that everything works perfectly, I had to install the attachment more strongly and brace it forward
A lot of work, thank my boys.
Now the wing works perfectly
Also at 280KMH

Finally got around to it. And came out okay I think.
I'll see about creating an install document for folks who may go this route.
Just waiting on the darn wing to arrive now😊

Ordered mine early August and the update I got this week was I was number 6 inline so if I had to guess you aren't far off from getting yours @Vette565. I've been doing wide body conversion so I went ahead and ordered the zr1 rear bumper which so far brought the installation time to about 3 hours. If I can remember, Ill try and make a template of the body wing cut outs and see if maybe fedex can turn it into a printable file not sure how that works so I hope they do!.

Sounds good. Same here I took a lot of photos and videos which I plan to share in the hopes it finds it helpful for someone in the future. A template idea sounds really stout.
