I have the ACDelco touch up pen for carbon flash. I think it's part #19328533

The pen is the OEM carbon-flash color (black with some silver flake in the paint). If you had it painted with an aftermarket gloss black color, it would not match.

Mine hasn't been painted, but I thought some were the "bare carbon fiber" where you can see the weave where mine is OEM painted black and you can't see the weave. Is that (mine) called "Carbon Flash"?

Is your splitter flat black like the stage 1 plastic splitter? Or OEM painted (carbon flash) stage 2/3? If it's painted its carbon flash

This! And that is the correct part number. Perfect match for the carbon flash lip/side skirts.

If that is a picture of your blue car in the avatar it looks like you have the painted stage 2.

Yes. It should match the rear spoiler and the side gills.

If it's truly exposed Carbon Fiber, you can see the weave, (not painted Carbon Flash) then there is no touch up paint as it's not painted other than clear coated.

Try this place to get your paint. If it doesn't match your car they will replace it with a mix that does match your car.

https://www.paintscratch.com/touch_up_paint/Chevrolet/

I had some scratches on the lower part of the front fascia on my 2008 JetStream Blue C6Z and they provided a perfect match spray. JSB was a metallic color with visible metallic particles and this paint worked for me. Carbon Flash is also a metallic paint.

Does it look dull black like your wheel well protectors or is it shiny black like your vents. The shiny black like your vents is Carbon flash. The dull is unpainted plastic.

If the splitter is painted carbon flash it will match the black looking paint on the lower rear fascia. That part is painted carbon flash on just about every Vette that I see. If your splitters are carbon flash you will also see a CFZ RPO code on the RPO sticker located under the carpet in the trunk to the left of the battery.
